LED high bay fixtures produced by Shenzhen Yicai Lighting cover several different series It’s also called LED industrial light, including phase change cooling technology series, fin heatsink series, and heat piple cooling technology series. The power range of LED high bay fixtures cover 80W, 100W, 120W, 150W, 200W, 300W, 400W, and 500W. LED high bay fixtures could be made IP65, indoor or outdoor lighting projects, like factory lighting, stadium lighting, gymnasium lighting, logistic lighting, exhibition center lighting, golf lighting, tennis lighting, basketball lighting and so on.
The LED high bay fixtures Yicai produce could be made with different LED Chip, like CREE XTE, CREE XBD, Bridgelux BXCE, Bridgelux BXCD, Osram LED, Philips LED and Nichia LED. The lumen effiency of LED high bay fixtures could reach 130lumens/Watt.
The LED high bay fixtures from Yicai are mostly installed with Meanwell driver, HLG or CLG series. It also could be customized by customer. And LED high bay fixtures could be made dimmable. The dimmable LED high bay fixtures should be 1-10V, PWM, or resistor dimming. For example, the 200W LED high bay fixtures are made with HLC-200H-48A driver.
Besides the dimmable LED high bay fixtures, Yicai also developed motion sensor LED high bay fixtures. there used be some customers asking for this type of motion sensor LED high bay fixtures, which help customers save more than 50% electricity.
The LED high bay fixtures have different angle reflectors, like 60 degree, 90 degree, 120 degree. LED high bay fixtures also have PC reflector and mirror reflector.
As the LED high bay fixtures are mostly installed at a very high roof, so replacing, repairing or installation always cost a lot. Some times there need to be an elevator to install the products, so the quality is very import to avoid repairing or replacing.
To make sure of the quality, not only related with the high quality materials, the most important point is to make the LED high bay fixtures work at a lower temperature. Normally the junction temperature of LED high bay fixtures should work at a temperature lower than 80 degree. So noy only the cooling technology should be very good, but also the heat of the LED high bay fixtures could be conducted to the heatsink very well. If the temperature difference of the LED and the heatsink is less than 15 degrees, the cooling device is available and great.
